Qigong
Qigong & Counselling
I have always been deeply interested in the development of mind, body and spirit. For over 40 years I have practiced martial arts, yoga, meditation and Qigong. As a qualified and experienced Qigong practitioner, I offer where appropriate techniques from this practice within my counselling sessions.
The 3000-year-old practice of Qigong is backed by many scientific studies and incorporates:
• Breathwork • Movement • Energy flow • Mindfulness
The combined modalities of counselling and Qigong are often helpful for clients who may benefit from a more holistic approach that combines body, mind and spirit.
